I ordered my phone and sim on Tuesday and provided the PAC and number I wanted to transfer on the order page, I got my phone yesterday and put the sim in, I haven't got any confirmation to say if the transfer has started/completed, I'm assuming it will be done today? So far nothing has changed.

If you ordered before 5:30 PM Tues it should be next working day, Weds. Otherwise the following day, today.

If you haven't heard anything about your number transfer, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
They will be able to check your account and see what is happening.
