I’ve tried ordering a sim package 2 times but it keeps saying my order has been cancelled why is this?

@Jamespar19  You’ll need to speak with customer support to ask that question.  This public forum doesn’t know who you are or why EE have cancelled the order you requested.  An order placed doesn’t mean it’s has to be accepted
