Hi there,

I texted ROAMEU7D and get a success message but I’m not able to connect to internet (no 4G/5G) sign. 
Are you able to help me out here please?

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you checked to make sure that mobile data and data roaming are both switched on in your phone settings?

If they are, can you try to manually search for another network to see if that will let you connect?

If you aren't sure how to do this, just let me know which model of phone you are using and I'll check.
