I placed order for sims yesterday got the successful email does this mean it gone through and do you get email when posted how long they take to come

@LOULOU57  it just means that they’ve received your order it doesn’t mean you’ve passed the credit check.   If you don’t get any other communication from EE then you’ll receive it.   Sims are posted out 2nd class Royal Mail.  So around Tuesday/Wednesday

Email said this We are processing your order and will let you know when your items will be dispatched.

 

Should I maybe give them phone see if went through 

I've also got broadband with them

The 3 have gone through as applied for 4th and got declined when they done credit check before I checked out so other 3 have gone through
