Hi, Last Friday I started a contract and ordered a sim- I am transferring my number over and was told it would take 24-48 hours so would happen on Monday - still haven’t heard anything about a sim being delivered to me and it is now Thursday so almost a week - any advice?
The SIM cards are sent out through the postal system and usually arrive within 4 days. If you live near an EE store, they may be able to give you a SIM and register it to your account before it arrives.
