Before setting up my new phone I put my SIM card out of my old phone into my new phone then set the phone up but now my SIM card won’t work in either phones

Hi @Ben3444 

Did you receive a new SIM card with your new phone? If so you may need to use the new one now. 
Prior to setting up your new phone, do you know if your old phone also was using an eSIM? 
It could be possible you had transferred to an eSIM which has now been deleted from your old phone. 

Please call customer service from a different device, where a member of the team can order a replacement SIM card or eSIM QR code for you.

Alternatively, you can pop into any EE store with photo ID and the store guide can issue you a replacement SIM free of charge straight away.
