@Graham19711 If you’ve not changed the default PUK code the default code is 1111

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.
