I have been sent a new Sim but I’m not sure why, I didn’t request it. It tells me to activate it but when I go to the website I don’t see a heading for this

@Gb241 , if your original EE SIM card is working, then you do not need to use and activate the new SIM card.

EE sometimes send out a new SIM card if you ordered a new phone, but your original SIM card, if still working, then you do not need to activate the new one, unless you have moved over from another network, of course.
