Hi,
My sim card has suddenly stopped working this morning. I have a message on my phone ' No SIM available'
I tried another phone and still the same issue.
I urgently need this to be fixed so my 2 children can contact me when at work or travelling.

I am sorry to hear this has happened and understand how important it is for you to be reachable.
Have you checked there is no dirt and your SIM is clean?
If yes, and you have tried your SIM in another device and it is still not working this indicates a fault with your SIM.
You can get a replacement SIM by visiting your local EE Store with photo ID.

SIM is clean.
If i were to get a replacement sim, will this cost ?
Also, can staff at EE Store transfer my number to the new sim?

SIM replacements in store are free.
The new SIM will have your current number on.
