Hi. My wife just changed to a sim only plan and cant get back into chat. Can you tell me if she can still use her current sim or will she have to get a new sim card?

@Geomac1 , if her current sim works, then, by changing to a sim only plan, it would normally work, not sure why she cannot get back into chat, but she should check that she has content lock off, as that may be the problem.

When you say she can't get onto chat, what chat are you referring to specifically?

Is this our messaging service in the Help section of our app, or is it a different app on the phone?
