I joined EE yesterday and I’m confused on if I’m getting a sim in the post or if I have got an eSIM?

@Zoeherd , yes if you are a new customer, then you should receive it by second class post. If you are at all concerned, ring customer service presss option 2 and then listen to the options to speak to someone.

You can also go to an EE high street store with photo ID and get one there. You do need the physical SIM card before getting the ESim, which is only available to contract customers.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Well, what did you speak about? What did you order? We weren't listening in, so we wouldn't know.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

You don’t need to be rude…

I ordered online so I didn’t speak to anyone.
I’ve ordered a 300gb plan but it never give me the option to pick an eSIM or a physical sim. So now I’m confused on how I activate the plan.

You should get a physical SIM which you can then convert to an eSIM.

So does that mean they will have sent one out to be after I ordered?
