Sim on both phones not working

I recently upgraded my phone so needed to activate my new SIM card.

I have tried to activate my new sim in my new phone, however it is still saying no signal.

Because I have tried to do this my other phone with my old sim is also saying no service, but my new sim hasn’t been activated and is trying to text my number, which I have no access to, as both sims aren’t working.

Now I have no service on either phones.

I have done the suggested troubleshoots for my new phone and it is still not working. I can’t try and receive a new activation code because my old phone now has no service either.  

I can’t call EE to resolve, because both sims aren’t working.

Its been 48 hours.

Use Skype on your laptop to call EE on 0800 956 6000, its totally free on SKype, and then they can activate it for you.
