Sim not working

I got a replacement phone through ee insurance,  since then my sim won't work , I have ordered a new sim but I have to recieve a text to my number to activate it . Which I can't because I had a digital sim in the broken phone and have no acsess to the number . How do I get around this and just get my sim to work (pay monthly)

You can ring them from another phone or by using something like Skype to ring them and they should be able to activate it for you, see my signature.
