My sim stopped working  on my phone 

I was due a upgrade in my phone so I’ve got a new phone and a replacement sim but it’s not working  

can anyone help

@Barbados11  it can take up to 24 hours for a SIM card to activate but try restarting the device few times as it helps the network see the SIM to activate it 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
