@mikeyrogers111 The default sim pin is 1111 if you have changed this to your own custom pin you’ll need to keep entering a wrong number 4 times so the sim locks and asks for a PUK, you’ll find the PUK in your online EE account. This PUK will unlock the sim and allow you to have a new custom sim pin.
