How do I know what version SIM I have in my device, looking to check whether I need a replacement for activate 5GSA.

Hey there @ascarr, welcome to the EE Community!

With 5G Standalone, this will be supported on EE SIMs activated from September 2021 onwards, or all eSIMs. 

If your SIM is older than this then you can find details you need on how to request a replacement on our help page here 😊

@ascarr  Do you have a tariff that has 5GSA ?   What device are you using? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I have a Full Works Tariff and will be using an S24 Ultra
