My daughter has had issues with her iPhone 15 and I’m assuming Apple has wiped the season during reset , although she has a physical sim inserted she still can’t get any service , , any help would be appreciated 👍

Does your daughter's SIM work in any other EE phones?
You've not mentioned what the issues are, that your daughter has had with here phone?
