I recently upgraded and got the new iPhone 13 and a sim came with it. I stupid put that in my new phone without realising my old sim in my old phone had already had the new plan upgraded onto it. Now both sims will not work and I’m not connected to EE, please help!

You need to activate your new SIM

Have you been able to register the new SIM card?
Once this is registered the number and plan will be transferred to this SIM card.
