Hi I was looking at checking how much was left on my old phone bill and forgot I just got this new one and I don’t want to end my contract with EE at all and I don’t plan to use the pac code so will this do anything to my account or will I just be billed on the same date agreed and it will be like nothing happened as the code will not be used

@Joshuahirstee  do nothing with your PAC code as it will expire after 30 days and nothing will change about your billing.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Sorry Chris I probably sound so stupid I have two bills scheduled to be paid in the next 30 days just to confirmed as I’m not using the code these will not be effected?

@Joshuahirstee : If you don't use your PAC nothing about your a/c will be effected, except you might not be able to upgrade for 30 days unless you contact CS.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

A PAC is only actioned if you use it.
