I ordered a sim a week ago but it still hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

have you received your order confirmation and tracking number is so might be worth contacting customer services if it’s not able to track it.
should of arrived within 3 working days not including bank holidays or weekends.

PAYG or pay monthly contract.
They are sent second class and alas is dependent on your local postal service.
