I have a new phone and trying to use my contract SIM card in the new phone but it won’t work. Constantly says no service and won’t make or receive calls.
Tried activating the e sim but hasn’t changed anything. Just wondering if anyone knew how to solve this.

@Abigail06asks What phone and where did you get this from ? Now that you’ll also tried activating the eSIM your physical sim is redundant. You shouldn’t have tried to activate the eSIM as you’ve now made this harder to diagnose whether it’s your SIM card or/eSIM or your device that has an issue. you need to request a replacement SIM card before anything else can be advised.
