Two days ago my sim card completely stopped working. Contract not payg. Turning phone off and on doesn't help, nor does airplane mode on/off. Taking sim out and cleaning didn't help. The messaging function on the technical support page isn't working so I'm trying on here.

Hi I recently lost my new simcard got replacement still waiting for it to become active as its still on emergency calls only so can't text or ring or use data ee support said it be active today at 3pm

If it still isn't working after restarting your phone, I would recommend speaking to our technical support team so they can check everything for you.

I have the same problem with my sim. Tried to put it in my new phone and now it stopped working. It doesn’t work in my old phone either
