Sim activation

So i got a new SIM like 4 days ago, decided to finally put it into my phone. I already had this phone so its just a new sim card.  It has said NO SERVICE since insertion. The sim card is pay as you go so I'm already being billed for something i cant even use. I go to log into my account and link my device but i cant, because i cant receive the text to activate, nor can i call 150. Meaning i cant use the customer care team links as the only links there are phone call numbers which i cant call or a fake start a conversation button that never appears. I have spent an hour trying to find a way to just contact the customer care team but unless you call you cant do anything! Guess ill need to just cancel my direct debit and switch to vodaphone since that company actually works

oh yeah another awful feature, ive had that page open for 10 minutes now and no such features has popped up. i am using a pay monthly sim. im just going to cancel my direct debit pay your own debt off

Within 'message us' a 'start conversation' option will show when available @Profile closed

If not you would need to call us if you can get access to another phone.

I CANNOT get access to another phone! Message Us and Start A Conversation options DO NOT pop up even though it says it will. I have no way to contact EE EXCEPT email address which seems to be the only way they DONT help which is stupid. like i said i aint paying this EE can pay their own debt, this hasnt worked from the get go

If you have an EE Store near you they can call our mobile care team for you and get this sorted @Profile closed
