Got new sim and from time I have put it in nothing working as advised and still showing ee number and can’t change it as requested to my original number I ported over !
App keeps saying being updated and can’t access any of my account

@Neil4x4 Got it when ? Number ports take up to 24 hours and do not happen or start on late Friday and the weekend.

4pm yesterday
was told by EE James that my old
number would be ported over by 5AM today and I could reset it on my phone neither of which have happened or can be done !
still showing EE number and not my old number which I requested
