Sim Problems

Hope someone can help,

 

Picked up a new iphone 15 (purchased direct from apple) ported my info across to new phone. In doing this it created an esim and blocked my physical. Unbeknown I didn't realise and deleted the esim.

I then spoke to someone on 150 who is sending my a new physical sim but in the meantime I managed to get to a store and get a new sim. This was late yesterday and it worked fine for a few hours but today it has stopped again and I have no signal.

I am hoping the new sim which is being posted will sort this as I go away in a few days time. I haven't changed anything when I put the new sim from the store in, it just worked.

Can anyone tell me why the replacement stopped in just a few hours? Is it because a new one has been issued and is in the post?

And why NO Live Chat?!

I don't have time to sit on a phone but I have plenty of time to message!

Thanks for coming here. 

To check if the replacement SIM card being dispatched has stopped your existing SIM from working please get in touch, you can message us on the Mobile phone (ee.co.uk) page when available. If this is the case, once you get the SIM through the post this will work straight away for you.
