I have selected to Keep My Old Number during the switch. I have inserted the EE sim card and i am not able to receive call when someone called my old number. How long will the old number (from the supplier) to be transferred to my new EE sim card?
I'm unable to activate my new SIM as the activation web page expects to have a 6 digit code to be sent to the old SIM, the old SIM is damaged. How do I get past this?
