New sim not working yet

Got a new sim for my mums iPhone as ditched from a Samsung so ordered a sim to fit the iPhone. Activated with a code yesterday morning and she still can’t make calls and the EE sign hasn’t came up.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hey thanks I’ll check with her and see not sure if she will have. 😆
