I recently joined EE from. LEBARA and had similar issues which is network related being the reason for my leaving Lebara. Now it's forever for EE to cancel my contract and issue me with a PAC code so I can safely Port to THREE.
Pls Can I leave EE in peace. It's really frustrating paying for 100gb when I barely use 15gb due to network issues. I have gotten to my wits end already.

@Promise5 if it’s under 14 days and you got this via online or a phone call to customer support you have 14 days cooling off period to inform customer support you don’t want this. Do not request your PAC to migrate your number or
If you try and just port your number away you’ll be required to pay off the remaining term of the contract as that’s totally different to saying you don’t want the contract under the 14 day cooling of period. If it was a store sale you do not have a cooling of period and you’ll have to pay off the remaining term contract term in order to port your number away.

If you have already ported-in and subsequently wish to port-out, the 14day cancellation could be complicated.
A port-out could mean a standard early disconnection, which if inside your minimum term could be expensive. Use of the 14day cancellation usually means disconnection - thus your number is released and can't usually be ported.

This does not help as I was in the shop within the 14 days cooling off period to complain about the network coverage. MY CONTRACT SAYS I CAN OPT OUT WITHIN THE COOLING OFF PHASE IF MY COVERAGE IS POOR.
I need EE to send me my PAC Code as they reassured me the contract termination had been accepted with no liability from my end.

I should be able to port my number same I posted my line to EE. With regard to my contract which I signed I am under nọ obligation to go ahead with the contract if EE network is not efficient enough.
Thank you
