Hi @bondsteve
You can obtain a new sim at any EE store, just take identification.
Thanks
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi @bondsteve,
Just to be clear there are only particular accepted forms of ID for a in store SIM Replacement, these are:
- UK Driving Licence (Full or Provisional)
- Full (Book) Passport from any country
- UK Biometric Residence Permit
As long as you have one of these with you and it is in date, they shouldn't have any problems getting you sorted in an EE Store.
