Setting up SIM on a new phone

EuphGriff

Hi,

I've bought a new phone (Samsung S26) to replace my S21.

I want to activate my EE SIM on the new phone, but my old phone still has a physical SIM card.

Do I need to change the physical SIM to an eSim on my old phone, then activate it on the new phone? When I've tried this step, it asks me for the new Sims number, but I haven't go it, I only receive the six digit pin.

Any help greatly appreciated, I'm aware I'm a bit of a technophobe.

hi @EuphGriff

You can just take the SIM out of your S21 and put it in your S26.
