So I recently got a SIM from EE, I have a friend's and family discount that hasn't been applied and my number not ported over, from 02. It was also a 30 day SIM I took out but I'm looking at 24 months on my contract I'm very confused and disappointed. I'm currently in Japan so I can call them does anyone else know the best way around this. Thank you for your help

Please don't share it on this public thread, but when you placed your order you should have received a confirmation email listing the package you chose, including any discounts.

Alongside this will be an order reference number starting with XK, if you give this to our team like @Chris_B mentioned, they'll be able to double check all the details match at our end, too.

It'd definitely be best to give us a call once you're back in the UK, but if you have any more questions in the meantime we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.

@Tasha731  your number is not gonna port over whilst you’re not in the UK.  If this sim you got a was on offer ie was already discounted at the point of sale you can’t have a 2nd discount applied to it.    And you do need to call to inquire about it being a 24 lm not a 30 day rolling contract.   You could try using live chat via the EE app under help.
