Hi All..
I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max with the same number I've had since joining Orange then EE for over 30 years.
I would like to know, if I can have a second number to use for business instead of having two mobiles?
Thank you so much..

@tsrobo67 Yes you can. The iPhone 12 Pro max has an eSIM so can have 2 lines on one device, Physical Sim and the eSIM. The eSim has to be a contract Sim this can be your current line or if you want to use this as your business line that we have to be a contract sim even if that is a Sim only contract.

Hello @tsrobo67 ,
Welcome to the community,
Yes you can, one will be a physical sim and the other will be an E-Sim, you just need to request an additional line on your account.
Are they both with EE? Then you can decide which one will be your physical sim and which one the E-Sim, if both are with EE, then you have the choice of making your main one the E-Sim and slot the other SIM card in the SIM card slot. In settings on the phone, mobile data, click on there , you will see set up esim.

Hi
Thank you very much for your reply..
I have only the one at the moment, which is a monthly 5G SIM card as I got my phone via Apple..

@tsrobo67, you are welcome, glad we have been able to help. You would have to apply for an additional line then, and one can be used as physical sim and the other as an E-Sim.
