I have ordered the saver sim (30 day renewal pack) twice, the first time they cancelled it on my behalf as it didn’t arrive for 10 days, this time it’s taken the money. I got a confirmation screen but no email? I also can’t track the sim, it is an invalid tracking reference. Always seems to be when using the online shopping features.
any help?

Welcome to the community.
I can imagine you are eager to receive your order.
Could you check in your spam/junk mail to see if your confirmation email is in there?
Is the payment showing as pending with your bank?
When a order is placed a payment request is sent to your bank, but the payment wont be taken until the order is processed. Your bank will set the payment aside "Pending" until we take it.
If for any reason the order does not get processed the bank will release the "pending" payment back into your account.

@Marie138 : You won't get any tracking. SIMs are sent by 2nd-Class Royal Mail.

Ahhh okay, I still haven’t received a confirmation email but I did get a confirmation page come up and an account charge, is this normal?

Thank you for taking the time to respond to me,
The payment is still under pending, I used my granddaughter’s card and just gave her the cash for it. Would this be the cause of the issue, as the card is in her name and not mine? This is the second time we have had this issue so unsure on how to fix this.

As long as the payment thro' on the card, you can use any card.
