Samsung S25 ultra

Got the Samsung S25 ultra today and took my SIM card out of S24 ultra and  placed in to S25 it's saying no SIM card detected in the S25 but works grand in the S24 any ideas what's wrong and has anyone had the same issue

Believe that model has 2 physical SIM slots - is the same problem evident in both slots?

Only have 1 SIM card , won't work either slot

Begins to sound like a faulty SIM reader then!

Test using another known working SIM to be sure. If you bought the phone in an EE retail store, ask them to as a final test.
