Safe Sim & Additional Sims

Wondering, if I got a SafeSim for my daughter. Would I then be able to get an Additional Sim with the 30% off? Looking at getting the Unlimited Full Works, but it's not cheap. So would this work? Getting SafeSim as the first contact then, would I be able to get an additional sim or would I need to get a standard sim for myself?

@DeMote  You’ll need to get the safer sim and have it running for a month minimum before you can add additional sims, and there’s no guarantee that this would be possible as you have a spend limit with EE for being a new customer.   And without looking I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some sort of rule that stops a safer sim from being the lead sim on an account for exact reason your trying to take advantage of.

Yeh, that's my thinking. Trying to decide if I join EE and what plan to get, at the moment.
