Hello was wondering if I would be able to get advice.

ive just recently joined EE from another network and I used a STAC code as I wanted to change my number.  It’s been a few days now and on my old phone I’m still contracted with my old network which I thought the STAC was supposed to cancel for me? 

just worrying as I don’t want to have to pay for both phones 

any advice would be appreciated, thank you 🙂

@AM141  Just call your old network and give notice to terminate.   This should have happened within 24 hours of you giving EE the STAC.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you!  I have just disconnected from my previous network myself and they said once this is completed my old number will be lost 🙂
