Hi, I've got a contract with EE and I used to have the old fashioned SIM. However, I'm abroad at the moment and lost my phone. I've ordered a new one (the company will delivered it by Saturday) but I would like to get my old number as eSIM instead of SIM. How can I solve it with EE? Are they able to send the details by email? Is there any option to contact via email / chat? I don't have access to my phone now. Any advises?

@AEvans1981 You can not activate the eSim while out of the UK on a roaming network. The eSIM will not receive the instructions to activate and this has to be done while in the UK.
