I am trying to log in to EE Perks but have forgotten my password. I have entered in my e mail to retrieve the password but i get no reply. This has been going on for days. How do I reset the password?

I placed my order yesterday morning, I also have had no emails or any contact to let me know what's happening but they still took £30 from my account. My order number doesn't work either. Is this a scam
