Has this SIM been working previously and suddenly stopped, or is it a brand new SIM you've received?

Could you please let us know a bit more about this SIM @Demsey?
Like I mentioned in my earlier post, is this a SIM that's previously worked, and suddenly stopped, or is it a new one you've just ordered?
There are a whole range of different reasons a SIM could be showing no service, so the more detail you can include the better 😊
