SIM not delivered

I ordered a replacement nano SIM to fit my new device (old one had a micro SIM). I received a confirmation email saying it would be here in 2 days but it still hasn't arrived. Is there a chat option so I can message someone to chase this up? I dont want to use the phone as contact.

In a similar position, ordered a 2GB Sim Plan on 17/10/22 and nothing has been delivered to date. Any advice?

I forgot to mention,  I ordered on the 18th, it's now been 10 days (I gave it a bit longer because of the postal strikes).

Have tried all the options and still no joy...wonder if cancelling the order may be easier and risk never seeing the £8.00 again!!

No, could not get through as I don’t have a phone contract with EE and the options didn’t allow to discuss any other issues.

Going round in circles that are ever decreasing!!!
