SIM cared not arrived

Hi!

 

I lost my phone and received a new one the very next day, however i have not yet received my new SIM? Does anyone know how long it usually takes to arrive?

Welcome to the community,

 

Did you check all the packing to make sure it was not included? If coming separately, then it is sent by second class post, so should arrive within 3-5 days, if you do not receive it for any reason, then either ring customer service, or if near an EE store, get one from there, bit in all events, make sure it is a replacement SIM card, as you then get your number, but will get a new serial number, or IMEI.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
