I have not received my SIM card

Hello @Tracy149 

Was it a new Contract you took out or upgrade? Or is it PAYG?  If you haven't received the Sim Card I suggest you call Customer Services on 150. 

You can get a replacement Sim Card at an EE store. However you will need to provide valid photo ID. Our EE stores will accept a passport (from any country) or a UK photocard driving licence.

Please note: if a driving licence is being used as a form of proof, the address on the customer’s driving licence MUST match their EE account address.
