Hello, my partner has lost his SIM Card and I was wondering how I would be able to get him a new one.

@Els305 The account holder needs to call customer support to request a replacement sim or the account holder needs to go to a EE store with in date photo ID to request a replacement sim there.
if you are not the account holder of this SIM card then you cannot request the replacement SIM
