I upgraded to a sim only contract via my mobile app yesterday 27th October but I still have not received a confirmation email and my app has not yet updated.
how long does this usually take? I just want to be sure the new contract has gone through

Hi,
jo I’ve jsut checked it’s still showing as my old contract which included the phone and when I go to click upgrade it appears hollowed out. I still haven’t received an email either confirming the change

I’ve just tried it and it’s still sending me information with the old plan
