Sigh. Not a great first experience of EE. Ordered SIM on 25/11 but no sign yet (maybe delivery has been screwed up by post strikes). No online facility to ask for help, other than a complaint form. Gave up on the phone line after 15 minutes on hold listening to distorted Christmas music. Now the PAC code I have from my provider will have expired. Does anyone know if I will need to get a new PAC code?
