SIM card not working in Iphone

Hi,

my SIM card has randomly stopped working. When I reboot the phone I starts working again for less than a minute and stops again. 
I have taken the card out to make sure it is in properly and still the same. Works for less than a minute and then stops again.

If you are able to try the SIM card in another device does this work?
