I placed an order for a SIM card over a week ago and it's still not here. I've tried calling but don't see an option to specifically ask about seeing where my order is. I've had no emails or texts since getting the confirmation email and I'm getting a bit worried as I'm heading home for the summer soon and don't want my SIM card delivered to a place I won't be for a while.

If you upgraded, you won't receive a new SIM.
You can continue to use your current SIM card.

monthly, I just got the sim only deal rather than a new phone when I upgraded
