Hi @Angelina23456

Has the SIM card been registered?

Which model iPhone are you using?

Do you still have the EE SIM card in the phone?

Leanne.

Sorry I’m not sure what do you mean by SIM card registered. My EE I’m sure did, but the new local Bali SIM card was definitely activated and worked on another phone 😞

I bought new IPhone 13 Pro

and no I don’t have a physical EE SIM card as IPhones offer to use a digital one. So I never actually had a physical EE SIM card in my IPhone. It just worked automatically without it.

Thanks @Angelina23456

If you are using the Bali SIM card you won't need to activate anything in My EE as this is not an EE SIM. If this is not working, you will need to contact the network that you have purchased the SIM card from.

Leanne.

Perhaps only 1 SIM can be active at once if it is the IPhone 13 Pro model with:

SIM Single SIM (Nano-SIM and/or eSIM)
