Please help me with my sim....I can't make call ,Receive or send text...

Do you have a pay as you go or pay monthly SIM? 

Are you in the UK?

Am not currently in UK. That is my reason using the community service. 

If am in UK it would be solved, because I would able to call directly.

My account was pay as you go and later its a  pay monthly but can be cancelled anytime on a month ahead notice 

the SIM card worked on my first day I arrived in abroad, since then from the 24th January its been blocked 🚫.  

I have no means of contacting EE orless through this platform.

Am really frustrated with this issue, can't receive bank alart or make payment because I need OTP code confirm it me.

Did you change to pay monthly when you were abroad? 

What happens when you try and make a call? 

Do you have signal showing?

Charge to pre-paid sim only free to cancelled in a month notice was done in November 2023 while in London UK 

I can't make call while in abroad and my niece try to call but refused to listed to her even she visited the Tottenham Court Road branch. 

I know someone that has ee network and his receiving texts.

Am really upset with all the drama .

As a pay monthly customer roaming must be enabled on your account. 

Did you receive a welcome text when you arrived to your destination?

Have you activated roaming by texting ROAMING to 150?

Where abouts currently are you?
