Hi there. Just switched my service provider from Vodafone to EE a couple of days ago.
since the switch, haven’t been able to receive calls and I can not use my mobile data, only wifi.i Can make Calls though, The phone shows the 4G symbol but all apps (including the EE app!) can’t connect to the internet using data. Can someone help with this problem or I need to contact EE customer
any help greatly appreciated

Yes I've tried restarting it multiple times,
When people call me it says invalid number

I've had this problem for over a year now, I can make calls but I can't receive calls, text messages and verification codes, can someone help, I'm getting fed up with EE

I have taken a look at your post from September 2022 and can see a member of the team recommended reporting this to our technical care team.
What was advised when you spoke with an agent?
What happens when people try to call you?
Did you port your number to EE?
